Project overview

About this project

A branded event environment delivered for Worldpay Rethink in Portugal. The project supported a company conference across multiple hotel spaces, including registration, waiting areas, consultation zones, conference branding and hospitality-led feature areas.

Vertex supported the project with working drawings, manufacture, transport, installation, breakdown and recycling. Material choices were carefully considered, using printed cardboard and reconfigurable build elements to reduce waste and support efficient recycling after the event.

The project was delivered on a tight programme, with the Vertex team working on site in Portugal to complete the setup, manage changeovers and provide live day crew support throughout the event.
